Bright annealing furnace is a kind of long strip medium industrial furnace. The continuous bright annealing furnace of axle in forging and metallurgy workshop of rolling stock factory originally used fuel type sub high speed burner, which was mainly used for heat treatment of train axle after heating and casting. It is one of the most important equipments in forging workshop of rolling stock factory. The furnace temperature of the reformed bright annealing furnace is divided into three zones. The workpiece is pushed to the zone of furnace temperature zone by the pusher. There are four burners interlaced on both sides of the wall. The track is supported by the refractory brick arch, so that both sides of the workpiece can be heated. Then there are two zones and three zones - constant temperature zone. The four burners are interlaced at the same height of both sides of the wall. All the 8 burners are low pressure swirl burners. There is a distance beam between zone 1 and zone 2. There are two composite metal heat exchangers at the front and back of the furnace. Both sides of the furnace wall and the furnace bottom are made of brick. The furnace top is made of refractory fiber felt. High pressure fan is selected to supply combustion air and jet air for smoke exhaust. A control valve and a flow hole are arranged on the gas and air main pipe, and a control valve is arranged on the induced air main pipe. They are equipped with a set of advanced microcomputer control system, display instrument and maintenance equipment.
