Horizontal amorphous vacuum annealing furnace is a new type of high efficiency and energy saving furnace developed by our company in order to meet the needs of specific annealing workpiece. From the current user's production practice, it is known that the furnace temperature uniformity is good, the qualified rate of annealing products is obviously better than that of well type amorphous annealing furnace; the independent temperature control of six zones can automatically control and record the whole process of heating, heat preservation, cooling and cooling according to the preset annealing process curve.

Modular design of temperature control system, simple structure, easy maintenance. Programmable temperature control instrument, multi-stage power limiting function, multi group PID parameter self-tuning function, constant temperature and insulation curve can be set freely, manual / automatic non-interference switching function, over temperature alarm function.
