(1) the furnace body is made of the national standard section steel and steel plate rolled into a drum by welding. The angle steel coil is strengthened, and the channel steel base has a firm structure.

(2) the refractory materials of the furnace lining and body are ultra light refractory bricks, the furnace lining is insulated by aluminum silicate fiber throwing carpet and perlite powder, the furnace cover is insulated by aluminizing, and the box is filled with vermiculite powder for thermal insulation.

(3) heating element: the electric heating element adopts 0cr25al5 resistance wire produced by Shougang, which is suspended in three zones and arranged on the bricks around the furnace, so it is very convenient for installation and maintenance. The vacuum furnace tank is made of aluminized steel plate by rolling and welding, with a thickness of 14mm. The aluminized tank has a sealing knife and is sealed by fine river sand. The furnace cover of the furnace is made of 25 mm carbon steel plate.
