The high temperature of JRE series high temperature box furnace can reach 1800 ℃. The imported inorganic fiber produced by vacuum forming technology is used as the thermal insulation material and special thermal insulation design of the furnace. The heating element is silicon molybdenum rod, which is set on the left and right sides of the furnace respectively. It is easy to replace during maintenance, and the temperature field stability in the furnace is ± 5 ℃. The furnace body adopts double-layer shell structure, high-performance heat insulation material, low temperature on the outer surface; the furnace door and top are sealed with high-temperature silicone rubber, and the furnace door is equipped with water cooling system. The furnace body is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet and a vacuum outlet.

The temperature control system of high temperature box furnace adopts artificial intelligence adjustment technology, with control accuracy of ± 1 ℃. It has the ability of PID adjustment, fuzzy control and self-tuning, and can compile various temperature rising programs. It has the function of ultra-high temperature alarm and thermocouple damage power-off.

The high temperature box type furnace can be filled with hydrogen, argon, nitrogen and other gases, and can be pre vacuumized. The vacuum degree can reach 20KPa, and the atmosphere pressure can reach 0.1MPa. The furnace body is made of 10mm steel plate, which is safe and reliable, and meets the national standard.
