The box type annealing furnace is mainly used for quenching, normalizing, annealing and other conventional heat treatment of various parts.

The shell of box annealing furnace is welded by steel plate and section steel. The lining material is made of ultra light energy-saving fire-resistant insulation brick. The interlayer is made of aluminum silicate fiber for insulation. The electric heating element is made of high-quality and high resistance nickel chromium alloy material Cr20Ni80. It is arranged on both sides of the furnace and at the bottom of the furnace. According to the size of the door, the door can be lifted manually or electrically. The temperature control system adopts PID zero crossing trigger thyristor. The thyristor is air-cooled, with overload, overheating and over-current protection functions.
