The continuous heat treatment production line of steel strip mainly includes belt laying mechanism, quenching furnace, liquid lead isothermal quenching tank, flattening and shaping mechanism, tempering furnace, cooling mechanism and belt taking mechanism.

The principle of lead bath quenching of steel strip is to make Austenite Isothermal transform in liquid lead at about 600 ℃ according to the isothermal transformation curve of steel to produce fine pearlite structure suitable for deep drawing. The high heat capacity and impact resistance of liquid lead make it easy to realize isothermal transformation of steel strip.

Under the tension control of the take-up mechanism, the steel strip is fed by the take-up mechanism, enters the furnace from the seal of the quenching heating furnace, and is heated in the protective atmosphere, then quenched through the lead bath, then flattened by the flattening and shaping mechanism, and then tempered sorbite fabric is obtained after high temperature tempering and cooling. Then the material is received by the take-up mechanism to complete the whole heat treatment forming process.

Continuous heat treatment production line for steel strip is mainly used for quenching and tempering heat treatment of industrial spring, tape steel strip, tool steel strip and stainless steel strip.
