Continuous bright annealing furnace for copper strip is mainly composed of unwinder, heating furnace body, cooling water tank, guide roller leveling device, photoelectric rectifying device and winding device.

Under the control of micro tension control, the copper strip continuous bright annealing furnace production line is fed by the unwinder from the sealing part of the heating furnace body into the furnace, through the preheating section, heating section, heat preservation section and cooling section, and then rewinding at constant linear speed. As the copper strip is protected by carbon dioxide or nitrogen, the annealed product is soft, bright and non oxidized.

The continuous bright annealing furnace for copper strip is suitable for unfolding bright continuous annealing of precision pure copper strip, alloy copper strip, steel strip and stainless steel strip with thickness of 0.007 ~ 0.08mm and width of 100 ~ 600mm. The strip processed by the furnace is bright with consistent physical properties and considerable production capacity. The linear speed is up to 10 ~ 30m / min.
