Aluminum alloy aging furnace is used for artificial aging of deformed aluminum alloy after quenching. It can also be used for annealing of aluminum alloy tube or coil.

Aluminum alloy aging furnace is mainly composed of heating furnace body, hot air circulation system, charging basket, push-pull mechanism and temperature control system.

The steel structure of the furnace shell is welded by various section steels and steel plates. The frame is welded by 12 national standard channel steel. The shell is made of high-quality hot-rolled steel plate (not less than 4mm). The heating element is made of high-quality high resistance nickel chromium alloy material Cr20Ni80. The air guiding system is made of stainless steel. It is set on the two sides of the furnace chamber. The wind direction is from the back in to the front out of the furnace body. The air volume is large and the wind pressure is high, forming a large cycle. The temperature difference in the furnace is not greater than ± 5 ℃, and the hardness of the workpiece is uniform after annealing. The thermal circulation fan adopts the full air cooling high temperature heat-resistant fan. The furnace door is lifted by the electric device, which is mainly composed of the furnace door frame, the furnace door lifting beam, the turbine reducer, the sprocket, the transmission shaft and the bearing. The furnace door lifting is driven by the positive and negative transmission on the reducer.

The mechanical transmission parts of aluminum alloy aging furnace adopt interlock control, that is, the power supply of fan device and heating element will be cut off automatically after the furnace door is opened. After the furnace door is closed in place, the power supply of the fan device and the heating element can be connected to prevent malfunction and accident caused by misoperation.
