Aluminum alloy quenching furnace is mainly used for surface quenching of aluminum tube or aluminum profile in aluminum processing industry.

The vertical aluminum alloy quenching furnace is composed of heating furnace body (square or round), hot air circulation fan, stainless steel air duct, charging basket and electric control system. A double speed lifting mechanism is installed on one side of the heating furnace, and the material basket can be lifted to the furnace for heating by a winch through a wire rope or chain. When quenching, open the furnace door, put down the chain and put the material basket (aluminum parts) into the water to achieve the purpose of rapid quenching.
