The heating element is made of high quality and high resistance nickel chromium alloy cr15ni60. The furnace liner is made of high temperature resistant stainless steel plate by rolling and welding. There are water inlet and outlet pipes between the furnace liner and the furnace cover. There are chloroprene rubber sealing rings in the middle. The furnace cover is equipped with double stainless steel dripper, sampling pipe, exhaust pipe, decomposition rate tester, etc. The electrical control adopts controllable + PID regulation, uses high-precision digital display instrument to display and control the temperature, the temperature accuracy is ± 2 ℃, and the over temperature has sound and light alarm.
