The temperature of high temperature well furnace can reach 1200 ℃ and the working temperature is 1100 ℃. It is mainly used for normalizing, annealing, quenching and other heat treatment of alloy steel, high speed steel, high manganese steel, high chromium steel, shafts, pipes and other metal materials and mechanical parts in general atmosphere or simple protection.
The furnace shell is made of channel steel as framework, steel plate rolled into barrel shape and then welded to ensure the overall strength of the furnace body and no distortion or deformation of the frame structure. A sealing groove is arranged on the flange panel of the furnace shell to form an effective seal between the furnace shell and the furnace body to prevent heat loss. The furnace lining is made of ultra light 0.6g/cm3 energy-saving fire-resistant and thermal insulation brick, and the interlayer is filled with aluminum silicate fiber cotton, or high temperature resistant zirconium fiber module. The heating element is made of high quality and high resistance iron chromium alloy 0cr27al7mo2.
