It is mainly used for annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering and other heat treatment of large and heavy workpieces.

The heating furnace body of large all fiber split trolley furnace is two split moving furnace bodies, which are welded into shell by steel plate and section steel, and the materials are channel steel, angle steel, steel plate, etc.; the furnace lining is made of all fiber cotton pressing module, which is fixed on the furnace shell support by stainless steel anchor. The heating element adopts corrugated resistance flat belt, which is hung and fixed on both sides and back wall lining by high aluminum porcelain nails.

The fixed hearth is divided into lining, heating element and bottom plate: the fixed hearth adopts I-steel as the underframe, and the steel plate is welded into a frame. The lining of the furnace is made of light insulation bricks, and the surrounding is made of anti-collision heavy bricks; the heating element is placed in the U-shaped groove with corrugated resistance flat belt; the furnace bottom plate is made of heat-resistant steel, and there is expansion joint between them.

The large-scale all fiber split trolley furnace adopts full fiber furnace structure and has excellent energy-saving performance, which is about 40% less than the brick resistance furnace of the same specification. The furnace body can be easily moved away through the reducer drive, exposing the hearth and convenient loading and unloading. It has large loading capacity, improves productivity and saves investment.
