The mesh belt brazing furnace is a special equipment for continuous brazing and bright annealing under the protective atmosphere of hydrogen nitrogen mixture which is decomposed by ammonia decomposition equipment and purified. Its main purpose is to continuously braze and bright treat iron-based workpieces, copper-based workpieces and stainless steel workpieces.

1. The mesh belt brazing furnace consists of three parts

The equipment consists of feeding section, preheating section, heating furnace body, cooling section, discharging section, electrical control system and ammonia decomposition furnace.

2. Working principle of mesh belt brazing furnace

The workpiece is driven by stainless steel mesh belt. The workpiece is placed on the mesh belt and enters from the inlet of preheating section. The workpiece is transmitted by mesh belt and then preheated, heated (solder melting) and cooled. The workpiece discharged from the cooling section is always protected by pure hydrogen gas in muffle. Due to the reducibility of hydrogen, the surface of the product is bright and not oxidized. Workpiece welding is to melt the filler material (solder) by heating the workpiece. The liquid solder is used to fill the gap between the base metal by capillary action. After cooling, the welding purpose is achieved.
