The bell type furnace liner is made of heat-resistant stainless steel and pressed into a corrugated shape to increase the strength of the liner without deformation; the head is pressed to form, the circumferential and longitudinal seams are welded on both sides with heat-resistant stainless steel welding rod, and the weld seam is inspected by flaw detection; the flange carbon steel plate is processed after welding to ensure the sealing performance with the hearth. After pressure test and leakage detection, the sealing property is ensured.
