The continuous annealing furnace is mainly composed of feeding table, heating section, water cooling section, electrical control and ammonia decomposition furnace. Working characteristics: the material is manually placed on the mesh belt and transported to the heating area for heating, heat preservation, then cooling and discharging to complete the whole process.

The shell of the furnace body is welded by ordinary Q235 steel plate and section steel, forming an arch bridge shape. The insulation layer between furnace and shell is made of aluminum silicate fiber with good thermal insulation performance and ultra light high strength refractory brick, which has good strength and fire resistance. Muffle can is made of 310S plate by welding. An air inlet is arranged at the feeding and discharging ends of the heating furnace to pass protective gas.
