Well type copper tube bright annealing furnace is composed of heating furnace body, vacuum tank, material rack, vacuum system and electrical control.

The steel structure of the furnace shell is welded by various section steels and steel plates to ensure the overall strength of the furnace body and no distortion or deformation of the frame structure. A sealing groove is arranged on the flange panel of the furnace shell to form an effective seal between the furnace shell and the furnace body to prevent heat loss. The furnace lining is made of ultra light 0.6g/cm3 energy-saving fire-resistant and thermal insulation brick, and the interlayer is filled with aluminum silicate fiber cotton; or high temperature resistant ceramic fiber module. The heating element is made of high quality and high resistance alloy cr15ni60.

The furnace is made of 310S stainless steel plate rolled and welded. The standard configuration is one furnace with two tanks (or one furnace with multiple tanks).
