The continuous annealing furnace for steel pipe mainly consists of feeding frame, heating furnace, cooling box, discharging frame and ammonia decomposition furnace. As the idlers on the heating furnace and cooling box rotate continuously, the steel pipe moves forward continuously. In the working process, the mixture of 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen is put into the heating furnace body and cooling box, so that the workpiece in the furnace will not be oxidized and the workpiece will be bright.

The equipment is mainly used for continuous bright annealing of steel pipe, stainless steel, copper pipe and other products.
