The trolley type vacuum annealing furnace is widely used, mainly for bright annealing of nonferrous metal pipes, bars, etc., especially one of the essential equipment for copper production enterprises.However, the traditional loading and unloading method of the trolley furnace is the roller installed on the material basket, which enters and exits the furnace liner along the inner rail of the furnace liner. In fact, the roller of the material basket cannot roll due to heating deformation soon after the customer uses it, which is hard dragged by the reducer, so the failure rate is very high.Our company has successfully designed a three-stage feeding and discharging mechanism using a lifting composite car, which is scientifically designed and reasonably structured. It can effectively prevent the roller of the skip car from losing rolling friction with the track due to thermal deformation and directly turning into hard sliding friction.
