Well type tempering furnace is mainly used for tempering metal parts, such as automobile clutch plate, in air after quenching and heat treatment of light alloy parts.
The shell of shaft tempering furnace is made of various section steel as framework, steel plate rolled into barrel shape and then welded. The furnace lining is made of ultra light 0.6g/cm3 energy-saving fire-resistant insulation brick, and the interlayer is filled with aluminum silicate fiber cotton. The heat radiation and convection loss of electric furnace are reduced, and the uniformity of furnace temperature is improved. The surface temperature of shell is lower than or equal to room temperature + 25 ℃.
The heating element is made of high quality and high resistance alloy cr15ni60. Surface load ≤ 1.1 w / cm 2, processed into waves and installed around the furnace wall. The installation and maintenance are fast and convenient, and there is no thermal short circuit with the furnace shell.
An air-cooled thermal circulation fan is installed on the cover of the well tempering furnace to force the hot air in the furnace to blow down from all around and inhale in the middle. The temperature in the furnace is forced to be uniform.
There is a cylindrical material basket in the furnace, which is used to put the workpiece to be tempered into the charging basket for heating. The furnace cover is lifted manually or electrically according to the needs of users.
