The steel structure of shaft type steam bluing furnace shell is welded by various section steels and steel plates. The flange panel on the furnace shell is provided with a sealing groove, so as to form an effective seal between the furnace shell and the furnace body and prevent heat loss. The furnace lining is made of ultra light 0.6g/cm3 energy-saving fire-resistant insulation brick, the interlayer is filled with aluminum silicate fiber cotton; the heating element is made of high-quality and high resistance alloy material cr15ni60; the furnace liner is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, and the water jacket is used to cool the fan and furnace cover. The flow of various protective atmosphere can be adjusted manually according to the process requirements, and PLC centralized control can be adopted according to the user requirements.

The temperature control of well type steam bluing furnace adopts intelligent instrument, and the heating power is controlled by zero crossing triggering high-power module. The upper and lower parts are divided into 2 ~ 3 zones to control the temperature, so that the temperature in the furnace is more uniform, and the steam furnace is equipped. The steam has a certain pressure in the furnace to make the oxide film with good compactness and uniform hardness.
