Well type vacuum furnace (CVD chemical vapor deposition furnace)

The well type double chamber chemical vapor deposition furnace is mainly used for the vapor deposition and carbonization of large-scale C / C composite products. The furnace is made of high temperature resistant 310S stainless steel plate, which is processed into cylinder and pressed into corrugated shape. The furnace and furnace are two independent vacuum chambers (well type vacuum annealing furnace).
