The air circulation trolley furnace is mainly used for annealing and aging heat treatment of aluminum alloy and other non-ferrous metal pipes and bars.

The air circulating trolley furnace is composed of heating furnace body, circulating fan, diversion air duct and electric control. The steel structure of the furnace shell is welded by various section steels and steel plates. The shell is made of high-quality hot-rolled steel plate (not less than 4mm), and the external part is reinforced by 10 channel steel in proportion. The furnace lining is made of ultra light 0.6g/cm3 energy-saving refractory insulation brick, the interlayer is filled with aluminum silicate fiber cotton, and the resistance belt is made of high-quality high resistance alloy material cr15ni60. The two sides of the furnace are designed with low flow resistance, and the wind direction is the wide air passage from the back to the front of the furnace body; the air circulation system adopts low pressure and large air volume axial flow fan, so that the hot air in the furnace circulates directionally under the action of the guide device. All air cooled high temperature heat resistant axial flow fan is adopted. The lifting of the furnace door and the entry and exit of the trolley are driven by the electric deceleration mechanism, which has the function of slow start and stable driving.
