The tilting trolley furnace is mainly used for rapid quenching of high chromium, high manganese steel castings, steel balls, 45 steel, stainless steel, die steel, etc. it can also be used for annealing and aging of various mechanical parts.

There is little difference between the structure of the turnover trolley furnace and the general aerobic trolley furnace, but the difference is that a set of automatic turnover mechanism is installed on the trolley.

Electric hydraulic device is used for tilting the tilting trolley. The tilting trolley is stable and does not shake. The whole process from the furnace door opening to the workpiece tilting into the quenching pool takes about 1 minute. Furnace door lifting, trolley in and out, trolley tilt are all electric control, with interlock protection device, which can prevent faults and accidents caused by misoperation. The temperature control system adopts PID zero crossing trigger thyristor, and the thyristor adopts air cooling form, with overload, overheating and overcurrent protection functions.
