The frame of the furnace shell is welded with section steel, and the inner and outer walls are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with small thermal deformation coefficient. The lining is made of aluminosilicate refractory fiber needle punched cotton as heat insulation and heat preservation material, so as to reduce the temperature rise of the furnace wall.

Asbestos packing is embedded around the furnace mouth. When the furnace door is closed, the asbestos packing and fiber module of the furnace door are close to the furnace body, so as to ensure no heat emission.

The electric furnace is equipped with thermal circulating fan and air guiding system. The circulating fan is placed on the top of the furnace body, and the fan is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel into centrifugal fan blade. The air guide system is composed of air guide plate and wind shield plate. The air guide plate is installed on the top of the furnace and has an air guide groove. When the fan is turned on, the air is thrown out from the fan, evenly blown to the heating elements on both sides of the furnace through the air guide slot, blown into the furnace through the air guide at the lower part of the wind deflector, and then sucked into the fan from the air guide at the lower part of the fan, and then thrown out ··········, so as to bring the heat generated by the heater into the furnace and heat the workpiece evenly.
