The bell type steel strip annealing furnace is composed of a heating cover, two furnace seats and valve frame. The heating cover is made of steel plate rolled into a circle and welded. The bottom is equipped with a high temperature resistant soft sealing ring. When heating, the heating cover can be directly pressed on the flange of the furnace cover to achieve the sealing effect There are two guide rings on both sides of the heating cover, so that the heating cover can be easily and accurately placed on the furnace seat.

The lining is made up of all fiber aluminosilicate needle punched felt folded blocks, which greatly reduces the weight of the cover body, improves the heat preservation effect and reduces the energy consumption. The heating element is evenly suspended around the furnace with resistance belt and fixed with ceramic screw, which is firm and durable.
