Rz-9 type bell type furnace is also called bell type annealing furnace and bell type vacuum bright annealing furnace. It is mainly used for bright annealing of non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum alloy and ferrous metals, plain carbon steel, silicon steel, alloy steel and so on.

The bell type annealing furnace adopts heat-resistant stainless steel inner cover and strict sealing between the hearth, so that the workpiece material is always in the protection of high-purity nitrogen and hydrogen gas in the process of heating, heat preservation and cooling, so as to keep the annealing material surface bright without oxidation. In addition, due to the large air volume fan installed in the furnace, the protective atmosphere in the furnace forms a strong convective circulation, and the air is supplied to the annealing tank to reduce the temperature difference in the annealing, ensure the furnace temperature uniformity, so that the annealing material can obtain uniform physical properties.
