The tube type copper wire annealing furnace is mainly composed of preheating furnace, annealing furnace, cooling water tank, ammonia decomposition furnace and take-up and take-off machine. Several copper wires pass through the furnace core tube, and the furnace core tube is arranged in single or double layers. The heating element is made of high-quality high resistance alloy material 0cr27al7mo2. The high-quality high-temperature alloy resistance wire is processed into spiral shape. A special ceramic tube is inserted in the middle of each spiral resistance wire, which is installed above the furnace core tube and perpendicular to the length direction of the furnace core tube. The installation and maintenance are fast and convenient.

The copper wire passes through the furnace tube at a certain speed, passing through the preheating zone, annealing zone and cooling zone respectively. At the same time, the mixed gas of ammonia decomposition enters into the furnace core tube, so as to achieve the purpose of bright annealing. The tensile strength and elongation of the annealed copper wire meet the requirements of users.
