The tube type annealing furnace for copper clad steel wire is mainly used for continuous bright annealing of various alloy wires, such as copper clad steel wire, copper clad aluminum wire, low carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, etc., with convenient operation and obvious energy saving effect.

The tube type copper clad steel wire annealing furnace is mainly composed of heating furnace body, cooling water tank, ammonia decomposition furnace and coiler. The heating furnace tubes are made of high temperature resistant stainless steel 310S tubes, with the number of tubes ranging from 1 to 60, arranged in single or double layers. The furnace body is divided into upper cover and furnace base. The upper cover can be opened for easy maintenance.

The heating zone adopts PID automatic multi zone temperature control, and the protective gas source adopts ammonia decomposition furnace with gas purification device.
