Tubular atmosphere furnace

JRG series tubular atmosphere furnace has perfect performance design, good safety, reliability and practicability, and the temperature can reach 1800 ℃.

1. The double-layer shell structure is adopted in the furnace body, and a fan is installed between the double-layer shell, which can quickly raise and lower the temperature, and the surface temperature of the shell is low.

2. The furnace tube adopts 99 high purity corundum tube, and both ends are sealed with SUS304 high vacuum flange.

3. The furnace material is made of high-quality imported alumina polycrystalline fiber by vacuum adsorption, which can save energy by 50%. The heating furnace is integrated, which is convenient to take and place experimental materials and replace furnace tubes. The heating element adopts silicon carbon rod or silicon molybdenum rod.

4. The temperature control system of electric furnace adopts artificial intelligence adjustment technology, which has the ability of PID adjustment, fuzzy control and self-tuning, and can compile various temperature rising programs. The temperature display accuracy of the control system is ± 1 ℃, the temperature field stability is ± 5 ℃, and the temperature rising rate can be set arbitrarily from 1 ℃ to 20 ℃.

5. The vacuum degree can reach 10Pa.
