The tubular titanium alloy wire annealing furnace is mainly composed of heating furnace, cooling water tank, ammonia decomposition furnace and electrical control cabinet. The core tube is arranged in single or double layers. The heating element is made of high-quality high resistance alloy material 0cr27al7mo2, and the temperature can reach 1150 ℃. The high-quality high-temperature alloy resistance wire is processed into spiral shape, and each spiral resistance wire is pierced with a special ceramic tube, which is installed above the furnace core tube and perpendicular to the length direction of the furnace core tube, so the installation and maintenance are fast and convenient.

The heating zone adopts PID automatic multi zone temperature control, and the protective gas source adopts ammonia decomposition furnace with gas purification device.
