The tubular annealing furnace is mainly used for continuous bright annealing and quenching of various steel wires, black wire, galvanized wire, stainless steel wire, copper clad steel wire, stainless steel capillary and other products, with convenient operation and obvious energy saving effect.

The equipment is mainly composed of heating furnace body, cooling water tank, ammonia decomposition furnace and coiler. The heating furnace tubes are made of high temperature resistant stainless steel 310S tubes, with the number of tubes ranging from 1 to 60, arranged in single or double layers. The furnace body is divided into upper cover and furnace base. The upper cover can be opened for easy maintenance.
