The tubular iron wire annealing furnace is mainly used for continuous bright annealing and quenching of various kinds of alloy wires, such as black iron wire, galvanized iron wire, low carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, copper clad steel wire, etc., with convenient operation and obvious energy saving effect.

The tubular iron wire annealing furnace is mainly composed of heating furnace body, cooling water tank, ammonia decomposition furnace and coiler. The heating furnace tubes are made of high temperature resistant stainless steel 310S tubes, with the number of tubes ranging from 1 to 60, arranged in single or double layers. The furnace body is divided into upper cover and furnace base. The upper cover can be opened for easy maintenance.
