Working principle of hot blast stove

The function of hot blast stove of iron blast furnace is to heat blast to the temperature required by hot blast stove price, so as to improve the benefit and efficiency of blast furnace; it works according to the principle of "heat storage". When the gas is burned in the combustion chamber, the high temperature exhaust gas passes through the lattice brick and makes it heat up. When the lattice brick is fully heated, the hot blast stove can be changed to supply air. At this time, the relevant combustion valves are closed, the supply air valves are opened, and the cold air is heated and sent out through the lattice brick. When the blast furnace is equipped with 3-4 hot blast stoves / "single blast", two or three hot blast stoves are used for heating and one for air supply; when the blast furnace is replaced in turn / "parallel blast", two hot blast stoves are used for heating.

1. Direct high purification hot blast stove

It is to use fuel to burn directly, form hot air after high purification treatment, and directly contact with materials of hot blast stove manufacturer to heat, dry or bake. The fuel consumption of this method is about half less than that of steam or other indirect heaters. Therefore, direct high purification hot air can be used without affecting the quality of drying products.

The fuel can be divided into:

① Solid fuels, such as coal and coke.

② Liquid fuels, such as diesel, heavy oil

③ Gas fuel, such as gas, natural gas, liquid gas.

The high-temperature combustion gas obtained from the combustion reaction of the fuel further contacts with the outside air. After mixing to a certain temperature, it directly enters the drying chamber or baking room, contacts with the dried materials, heats and evaporates the water, so as to obtain the dry products. 2. Indirect hot blast stove

It is mainly suitable for drying materials that are not allowed to be polluted, or for drying heat sensitive materials with low temperature. Such as: milk powder, pharmaceutical, synthetic resin, fine chemicals, etc. This kind of heating device uses steam, heat transfer oil, flue gas and so on as carriers to heat air through various forms of heat exchangers.

The essence of indirect hot blast stove is heat exchange. The larger the heat exchange area is, the higher the heat conversion rate is, the better the energy saving effect of hot blast stove is, and the longer the life of stove body and heat exchanger is. On the contrary, the size of heat exchange area can also be identified from the flue gas temperature. The lower the smoke temperature is, the higher the heat transfer rate is, and the larger the heat exchange area is.
