1. The resistance furnace and temperature controller of forging annealing furnace do not need special installation, and can be placed flat on the ground or workbench. The controller should avoid vibration, and the resistance furnace and controller should gather more than 0.5m to prevent the controller from working normally due to overheated environment temperature.

2. Insert the thermocouple into the furnace from the furnace door hole, connect the thermocouple, use the compensating wire of the controller, and pay attention not to connect the positive and negative poles reversely.

3. Open the shell of controller, connect the schematic diagram of forging annealing furnace, and connect the power supply, controller, electric furnace and thermocouple with copper wire of corresponding cross-section area. It should be noted that in order to ensure safe operation, the forging annealing furnace and controller shell should be reliably grounded, and a power switch should be installed at the leading end of the power supply to control the main power supply.
