Characteristics of vacuum quenching furnace:

1. Strict vacuum sealing as we all know, the heating and quenching of the workpiece during vacuum heat treatment are carried out in a closed vacuum furnace, so it is very important to ensure the vacuum degree of the vacuum quenching furnace to ensure the quality of the vacuum heat treatment of the parts. 2. Most of the heating and heat insulation materials can only be used in vacuum. The heating and heat insulation lining materials of vacuum quenching furnace work in vacuum and high temperature. These materials have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low steam pressure, good radiation effect and small thermal conductivity.

The shell, cover, electric heating element (water cooling electrode) and middle vacuum insulation door of the water cooling device vacuum quenching furnace work under vacuum and heating conditions. In this extremely unfavorable condition, we must ensure that the structure of each part is not deformed or damaged, and the vacuum sealing ring is not overheated or burned. 5. High degree of automation, because the metal workpiece heating, cooling and other operations, need more than ten or even dozens of actions to complete. These actions are carried out in the vacuum furnace, which is inaccessible to the operator. At the same time, some actions, such as heating and heat preservation after the end of the metal workpiece quenching process must be more than one action and to be completed in a short time. In such a rapid condition to complete many actions, it is easy to cause the operator's tension and constitute a misoperation.

The fast annealing furnace generally uses the iodine tungsten lamp as the heating element with fast heating speed, adopts S-type thermocouple to measure temperature and adopts the international leading fuzzy PID control, which has high temperature control accuracy <± 5 ℃. The fast annealing furnace has a vacuum device, which can work in a variety of atmospheres. The range of application is greatly improved.

Maintenance and use points of fast annealing furnace:

1. After the fast annealing furnace is used for the first time or not for a long time, it should be baked at 120 ℃ for 1 hour, and baked at 300 ℃ for 2 hours to avoid furnace cracking. The furnace temperature should not exceed the rated temperature as far as possible, so as not to damage the heating elements and furnace lining. It is forbidden to directly pour various liquids and dissolved metals into the furnace to keep the furnace clean.

2. If a quartz tube is used in the furnace, when the temperature is higher than 1000 ℃, the high temperature part of the quartz tube will appear opaque phenomenon, which is called devitrification (also called crystallization). 3. When the cold furnace is used, because the furnace is cold and needs to absorb a lot of heat, the heating rate of the low temperature section is not easy to be too fast, and the difference of the heating rate of each temperature section is not easy to be too big. When setting the heating rate, the physical and chemical properties of the sintered materials should be fully considered, so as to avoid the phenomenon of spraying and polluting the furnace tube.

4. Regularly check whether the electrical connection part of the temperature control system is in good contact, and pay special attention to whether the connection points of the heating elements are tight.

5. If the vacuum degree of the rapid annealing furnace decreases after a period of use, the temperature resistant silicone rubber ring between the stainless steel flange plates can be replaced, or the stainless steel flange plates can be re installed, or the vacuum system can be replaced and repaired, so as to improve the overall vacuum degree of the system.

6. In the working process of the rapid annealing furnace, it is generally about 300 ℃. If the control deviation can not be eliminated, the temperature display value is inconsistent with the program given value or the swing is too large, check whether the parameters "M5, P, t" are set accurately.
