Safety operation regulation of mesh belt furnace

(1) Power on

1. Strictly abide by the computer program operation, turn on the main heating power supply (zone 1, 2, 3 and 4 heating switch) and keep the heating time for 6 hours. They are: 150 ℃ for 1 hour, 300 ℃ for 1 hour, 450 ℃ for 1 hour, 550 ℃ for 1 hour, 700 ℃ for half an hour, 800 ℃ for half an hour, and above 800 ℃ for 50 ℃ for half an hour.

2. When the temperature of quenching furnace reaches above 200 ℃, the cooling water of furnace mouth should be turned on (considering saving water, as long as there is a small amount of flow, the water outlet can be 70 ℃)

3. When the temperature of quenching furnace reaches above 300 ℃, open the mesh belt to run.

4. When the temperature of quenching furnace reaches 500 ℃, start the water circulating pump to keep the outlet water sealed and water curtain cooled.

5. When the temperature of quenching furnace reaches 800 ℃, methanol should be supplied, protective gas should be supplied to the furnace (attention should be paid to ignition to prevent explosion in the furnace), and the flow rate of flow agent should be adjusted. Adjust the running frequency of mesh belt according to the process requirements.

6. When the furnace reaches a given temperature, the treated product is loaded into the mesh belt for production. 7. Half an hour before the quenching product comes out, start the water tank hoist, clean the hoist and clean the circulating pump.

8. Turn on the heating power supply of tempering furnace (tempering zone 1 and zone 2) 3 hours before the scheduled feeding of tempering furnace.

9. When the temperature of the furnace reaches 200 ℃, turn on the circulating fan and the cooling water of the fan (a small amount of flow acts as the cooling fan).

10. When the tempering furnace temperature reaches 300 ℃, open the mesh belt to run.

(2) Operation

1. The product loaded into the workpiece must be balanced and flat. Attention should be paid to the height adjustment of the entrance. It is strictly forbidden to block and overload (the casting weight is specified by the process).

2. During the operation, pay attention to the normal operation of each part, and each discharge port shall not block the stack. At the end of charging, the height of the furnace mouth shall be adjusted in time to prevent excessive air from entering.

3. Process change should be carried out step by step to control loading.

(3) Shutdown

1. At the end of the quenching furnace (after all the products in the furnace are discharged), the heating power supply (zone 1, 2, 3 and 4 switches) should be turned off in time. Turn off the tank hoist.

2. When the temperature of quenching furnace drops to 800 ℃, turn off the methanol main valve in time.

3. When the temperature of quenching furnace drops below 500 ℃, turn off the water circulating pump in time.

4. When the temperature of quenching furnace drops below 300 ℃, turn off the running mesh belt and cooling water at furnace mouth in time.

5. Turn off the heating power of tempering furnace in time after all products are discharged.

6. When the tempering furnace temperature drops to 200 ℃, turn off the cooling water and circulating fan.

7. Computer shutdown should follow the computer operating procedures.

(4) Security precautions

1. When filling methanol, it is strictly forbidden to approach the open fire and smoke. Pay attention to the storage of empty barrels and filling tools to prevent explosion accidents and comply with the operation requirements of dangerous goods.

2. Nylon bags, paper and other light objects are not allowed in the workshop to prevent accidents.

3. Wear work protective equipment.

4. Operate in strict accordance with process operation procedures.
