It can't be cooled directly from high temperature to room temperature. In this way, the pipe is easy to crack. Generally, the temperature at which the pipe is easy to crack is 800-1000 ℃.

2. New corundum tubes or corundum tubes that have not been used for a long time need to be roasted at 300-400 ℃ for 5-6 hours to remove the moisture in the corundum tube, which is conducive to extending the service life of the corundum tube. Moisture is an important reason for the fracture of the corundum tube.

3. The annealing furnace shall keep the furnace tube clean and sanitary, and there shall be no residual material reacting with Al2O3 in the furnace tube. In order to prolong the service life of the furnace tube, the material shall not be directly placed on the furnace tube and stored in a boat crucible.

4. When heating, please put two alumina furnace plugs in the furnace tube, a total of four on one side. The distance between the inner ends of the furnace plugs on both sides can be about 360mm. If the furnace plug is not put, the temperature at both ends of the furnace tube is higher, and the O-ring in the flange can not bear higher temperature, which makes the air tightness poor. Putting furnace plugs on both ends of the furnace tube is conducive to forming a balanced temperature field.

5. The flange at both ends of the corundum pipe needs to be supported by a support frame, so that the corundum pipe will not be subjected to vertical stress, and the corundum pipe will not be bent or broken due to stress at high temperature.

6. Please do not put materials directly in the furnace tube to avoid polluting the furnace tube. If the materials burned are volatile materials, different materials and different tubes can be used. It is very convenient to dismantle the furnace tube.

7. If you need to use the furnace continuously, you can only reduce the temperature of the furnace to about 200 ℃ and keep it at normal temperature, which is conducive to the service life of the furnace tube.

8. The temperature resistance of corundum tube is related to its purity. The higher the purity is, the higher the temperature resistance will be, but the worse the ability of rapid cooling and heating resistance will be.
