Then, the stone or calcium chloride shall be added, and 2 kg ~ 3 kg shall be added according to the boiler volume per cubic meter, so as to ensure that the inner wall of the boiler is dry;

3. It is necessary to add deoxidized water to the gas annealing furnace. For the boiler water heated separately, the waste heat of tail flue can be used to preheat the cold water (soft water) to 70 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, and then appropriate amount of trisodium phosphate and sodium sulfite can be added into the equipment at the same time, which is beneficial and harmless to the equipment.
