After the electric furnace is dried, the cold insulation resistance shall be tested with a 500V meter, and the resistance value shall not be less than 0.5 megohm. Before using the electric furnace, it is necessary to check whether the insulation of its power connector, power line and the whole line is good.

2. Always check whether the automatic power-off device for opening and closing the furnace door is in good condition to avoid electric shock. When the product is loaded or taken out, do not touch the electric heater, so as to avoid accidents when the automatic power-off device fails. When the working voltage of the resistance furnace exceeds 36 V, there should be a good grounding device.

4. The furnace should always be kept clean, and the iron oxide scraps and other sundries should be removed after the work. The cleaning work must be carried out after the power supply is cut off and the furnace temperature drops.
