Is annealing furnace the same as quenching furnace?

Quenching furnace is a non-standard electric furnace specially designed according to the requirements of users. It is mainly used for quenching, heating and other heat treatment of various workpieces in aluminum industry.

The framework of annealing furnace is welded by various section steel, the outer frame is made of channel steel as main beam, the coaming plate is made of cold plate, the trolley is made of channel steel as main beam, and the bottom plate and front and rear end plates are made of medium plate.

Transmission part: the trolley adopts motor and reducer to drive a group of driving wheels at the front through the chain. The transmission of furnace door adopts the combination of worm gear reducer and motor for electric lifting.

Sealing: labyrinth structure is adopted for the trolley and furnace body, and automatic sand sealing knife sealing device is set on both sides of the trolley. The furnace door is sealed by raceway pressing and spring pressing automatic mechanism. The furnace body is made of high-quality refractory brick structure to ensure the furnace sealing. High aluminum bricks are used in the pressure part of the trolley, and insulation bricks are added in the lower part for thermal insulation.

Combustion system: Several burners are installed on both sides of the oil furnace. The heat flow circulates back and forth in the furnace to ensure the uniformity of furnace temperature. Automatic type and semi-automatic type can be selected according to needs.

Flue gas preheating device: a flue gas preheating device is installed at the upper end of the furnace. When the flue gas in the furnace passes through the preheater, the fan sends cold air for preheating, and then the pipeline sends it to the burner for combustion support. A manual butterfly valve is installed at the outlet, which can adjust the pressure in the furnace. Widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, food, metallurgy, machinery, light industry, electric power, shipping, papermaking, mining, medicine, central heating and other industrial sectors of heating, cooling, condensation, evaporation process.
