1. Preparation before blowing in

(1) Check whether there are dangerous things in the electrical control box and furnace that can cause power leakage, and take them out.

(2) After switching on, check whether the electrical appliances and instruments in the control box work normally, and turn on the instrument switch to make it work.

2. Blow in production

(1) Set the temperature of the automatic temperature control instrument according to the process requirements.

(2) Put the "handle" of the control cabinet in the position of automatic control, start the fan, and supply power to raise the temperature.

(3) When the parts are discharged from the furnace, the power shall be cut off. After the fan stops rotating, the manual pump or the valve and switch of the hydraulic pipeline of the pump shall be opened, or the pneumatic switch shall be pulled to lift the furnace cover.

(4) Carefully load the charging basket or other clamps with a crane so that they are placed on the center line of the furnace, and pay attention that the loaded parts do not collide with the fan.

(5) Close the lid and keep it level.

(6) Operate according to process regulations.

3. Precautions and maintenance

(1) The loading parts should not be higher than the upper end of the loading basket.

(2) It is strictly forbidden to put wet parts and greasy parts into the furnace.

(3) It is not allowed to continue to power on and heat when the fan stops rotating or abnormal sound occurs.

(4) Clean the furnace once a month to remove oxide scale and other dirt.

(5) It is not allowed to open the furnace cover to force cooling when the furnace temperature is higher than 400 ℃.

(6) Check the bolt fastening on the contact clamp every month, and remove the oxide scale in time to avoid poor contact.

(7) Check and calibrate the temperature control meter and thermocouple every month.

(8) Lubricate the furnace cover lifting mechanism and fan bearing every month.
