(2) Strengthen the management of the basic data of the heating furnace, strengthen the daily management of the heating furnace, and tap the potential and increase efficiency of the heating furnace in use. Pay attention to improve the fuel structure, accurately control the air-fuel ratio to ensure complete combustion.

(3) Strictly implement the rules and regulations, regularly or irregularly organize the inspection of the implementation of rules and regulations, timely rectify the problems found, so that all parts of the heating furnace are always in good condition.

(4) Regularly organize study, training and discussion for front-line operators, managers and designers to improve operation and management level.

(5) Actively adopt new energy-saving technology of heating industrial furnace, especially strengthen the matching and integration of various energy-saving technologies, so that the use of each technology is always in the service condition.
