Solution for local deformation (local depression or protrusion) of annealing furnace shell:

1. When there is no crack in the small deformation area of the annealing furnace shell, the welding seam of the box furnace shall be polished and straightened. The welding seam shall be continuous and smooth, and the material of the subsidy department shall be the same as that of the base metal.

2. When the deformation area of the annealing furnace shell is relatively hot or cracks appear, the tubular furnace will cut off the metal surface with cracks by gas cutting, and weld a piece at the incision. The coal patching method can be used, and the patch should be flush with the base metal without overlapping.
