Overview of common gas annealing furnace and four important parts

The gas annealing furnace is mainly used for normalizing, annealing and stress relief of metal components; the main four systems include: transmission system, gas annealing furnace sealing, combustion system and smoke preheating device

The frame is welded by various section steel, the outer frame is made of channel steel as the main beam, the coaming plate is made of cold plate, the trolley is made of channel steel as the main beam, and the bottom plate and the front and rear end plates are made of medium plate. The commonly used gas annealing furnace is mainly composed of four important systems;

1. Transmission system of gas annealing furnace: the trolley is driven by motor and reducer, and a group of driving wheels at the front end are driven by chain. The transmission of furnace door adopts the combination of worm gear reducer and motor for electric lifting.

2. Sealing of gas annealing furnace: labyrinth structure is adopted for the sealing between trolley and furnace body, and automatic sand sealing knife sealing device is provided at the side of trolley. The furnace door is sealed by raceway pressing and spring pressing automatic mechanism. The furnace body is made of high-quality refractory brick structure to ensure the furnace sealing. 3. Combustion system of gas annealing furnace: Several burners are installed on both sides of the oil furnace, and the heat flow circulates back and forth in the furnace to ensure the uniformity of furnace temperature. Automatic type and semi-automatic type can be selected according to needs.

4. Flue gas preheating device of gas annealing furnace: a flue gas preheating device is installed at the upper end of the furnace. When the flue gas in the furnace passes through the preheater, the cold air is sent by the fan for preheating, and then sent to the burner by the pipeline for combustion support. A manual butterfly valve is installed at the outlet, which can adjust the pressure in the furnace.
