The shell of trolley type tempering furnace is welded by steel plate and section steel. The trolley is welded by section steel and steel plate. The trolley can reduce heat radiation and convection loss through soft contact with furnace lining and sand sealing mechanism, so as to effectively ensure the tightness of furnace body.

The fan is composed of blower and air guide plate. The blower motor is electrically interlocked with the heating element. Only when the blower is connected, can the heating element be energized, so as to ensure that the heating element can work under the condition of ventilation cycle.

Furnace lining: the furnace body is made of full fiber, and the fiber is made into modules according to the furnace size. The fiber is compressed into blocks for on-site cotton construction. The fixation method is pin piercing and hook nailing, that is, pin piercing evenly in the block fiber cotton, then hook the pin with hook nailing, and weld with the furnace body after tension. High aluminum bricks are used in the pressure part of the trolley, and insulation bricks are used in the lower part.

The furnace door is lifted and lowered by rolling the roller up and down on the guide rail, and is sealed by an advanced spring compression device, which not only ensures the coincidence seal between the furnace door fiber and the furnace body fiber when it is closed, but also ensures that the fiber will not be damaged by friction in the process of opening and closing. The power of furnace door and trolley is provided by electric motor and has controllable braking function.

Each moving mechanism of the electric furnace adopts interlock control, that is, when the furnace door is opened, the power supply of the heating element will be cut off automatically, and the power supply of the trolley will be restored at the same time; when the furnace door is closed, the power supply of the trolley's traveling motor will be cut off automatically, and the power supply of the heating element will be restored at the same time, so as to prevent accidents due to misoperation.

The heating element is made of high temperature resistance alloy wire, which is wound into ribbon and spiral shape. It is hung on the side of the furnace and the chromium wire brick of the trolley, and fixed with high aluminum porcelain nail and chromium wire brick to prevent it from falling out.
