The equipment consists of well type heating furnace body, stainless steel furnace tank, vacuum sealed motor, electrical control system, protective atmosphere device, etc.
Vacuum furnace liner:
The furnace liner is welded with 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate produced by Taiyuan Steel works, with a thickness of 8-14mm. The bottom of the furnace liner can body is a round head, the top of the can body is sealed, and the thickness of the flange material is small 40mm carbon steel plate is made by gold processing. There are two seals on the top of the flange, one in O-shape and one in notch shape. The water cooling groove below the flange protects the sealing strip to ensure no air leakage in common use and achieve the vacuum effect.
Control system:
Temperature control thermocouple is used for temperature control. The temperature controller can control according to the set temperature and display the theoretical value and measured value. The temperature control system also has the function of over temperature sound and light alarm.
Paperless temperature recorder is used to record the furnace temperature. The thermocouple is K type. The compensation wire for furnace temperature measurement is connected from the instrument cabinet to the thermocouple of furnace body, which is provided by the supplier.
The control and execution system adopts high-power SCR zero crossing trigger system, equipped with radiator and a full set of air cooling system. At the same time, it is equipped with automatic air switch and rapid melting device for secondary protection.
Each group of electric heating elements is equipped with ammeter, voltmeter and on-off indication of electric heating elements, with power on interlock protection and safe grounding measures.
